Permission Letter for Out of Club Testing If you are a WFSC member planning to test with a different club, you are required to obtain a letter of permission before testing. Please complete this form to get your Letter of Permission processed. Applicants will receive a confirmation when they submit the request form as well as a copy of the approval when the request is sent to the appropriate test chair. NOTE: Requests must be submitted at least three days / 72 hours in advance of the requested test.

Please be prepared to take the ice at least one half hour earlier than your scheduled time, as the tests frequently run ahead of schedule.

As a reminder, fees for Dance, Moves-in-the-Field, Freestyle, and Pairs Tests are non-refundable and can only be transferred to another date in the case of illness or injury (with physician certification) or if the test chair requests that you move your test to a different date.
