Permission Letter for Out of Club Testing. If you are a WFSC member planning to test with a different club, you are required to obtain a letter of permission before testing. Please complete this form to get your Letter of Permission processed. Applicants will receive a confirmation when they submit the request form as well as a copy of the approval when the request is sent to the appropriate test chair. NOTE: Requests must be submitted at least three days / 72 hours in advance of the requested test.
