About The Washington Figure Skating Club

The Washington Figure Skating Club (WFSC), founded in 1938, is a member of US Figure Skating (USFS). The goal of the WFSC is to foster and encourage the development of figure skating, including freestyle, pairs, dance, moves in the field, synchro, and theatre on ice. The Club's activities are designed to serve a full range of figure skating interests. The WFSC manages regular skating sessions with qualified professional Instructors and provides the opportunity for USFS sanctioned testing at all levels.

Active Membership in the WFSC Provides:
» USFS Registration if WFSC is designated as the "home club"
» Eligibility to compete in USFS sponsored competitions
» Eligibility to take USFS tests
» Annual subscription to Skating, the official magazine of the USFS
» The Blade - The WFSC news magazine and
» Unlimited guest privileges at any WFSC skating sessions.
