Registration for 2013 Qualifying Regional and Sectional Championships

Registration for the qualifying 2013 South Atlantic Regional Figure Skating Championships (juvenile through senior singles skaters) and the Eastern Sectional Figure Skating Championships (juvenile through senior dancers and pairs skaters) begins this Sunday, July 15. Registration is through the
USFS Members Only page. Registration must be completed by 11:59 p.m. September 1, 2012. U.S. Figure Skating will not accept late entries -- NO EXCEPTIONS!
To register, your membership in U.S. Figure Skating must be active through at least June 30, 2013. If you need to renew your membership in Washington Figure Skating Club and U.S. Figure Skating, please visit

Please be aware that age and test requirements must be met by September 1, 2012. You may not "skate up" for qualifying competitions.

Announcement will be posted there, and there are additional forms for practice ice and credentials that must be printed from the page, completed, and postmarked by September 1, 2012.

Coaches, you must have satisfied all U.S. Figure Skating
Requirements to be able to put your skater on the ice at Regionals. Parents and fellow skaters who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to put skaters on the ice.
Skaters entering Non-Qualifying Regionals, announcement and registration
information will be posted soon.
Skaters entered in the qualifying competitions are invited to participate in WFSC's Send-Off on October 6 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Wheaton Ice Arena. Also at the send-off, skaters are invited to have a free portrait taken to be included in the Annual WFSC Team composite photograph. Each skater receives a copy of the composite courtesy of WFSC. Skaters may purchase portrait packages if they wish.
